Each home having unique requirements regarding maintaining the standards of the property owner. This service will be discussed at the initial interview in full detail since an Intra Coastal house, a condo on the beach or a large mansion on the beach, each have unique needs. Below are some very basic requirements which can be generalized.
- Visit your home and verify security and inspect for damage (two plans
available, weekly visits or bi-monthly visits)
- Confirm that lawn maintenance or Landscaping contracted by you is being done properly.
- Confirm that the pool maintenance contracted by you is being done properly
- Pick up and forward mail if you have not stopped it with the USPS
- Be your local point of contact for alarm monitoring calls 24/7
- Check and change batteries on smoke/fire detectors, alarm sensors and controls
- Take digital photos of any irregularities and Email attach (same day)
Coordinate access to your property with, furniture delivery, pest control, carpet installation and tradesman/contractors that you have engaged, checking their work, and giving you progress reports with digital photos (think of us as your local eyes and ears, your project managers).
We have relationships with reliable, licensed, code-conscious electricians, plumbers, A/C contractors and general contractors, carpenters. In the event that you require the services of these trades while you are away, we will be happy to arrange for prompt quality repairs.
