Preparing your home and managing it as you come and visit, before, during and after is part of our service offering.
Before you return: Your home will be professionally cleaned and freshened up for your arrival (larger homes have on-going cleaning scheduled, in addition). Thermostats, media system and lighting set to your requirement. Make all beds fresh and hang clean towels. Stock your refrigerator, freezer and pantry with foods you request and provide extra touches such as fresh flowers if you desire. Provide pickup service for you or your guests at the Ft Lauderdale or West Palm Beach airport using your car or arrange for a private limousine. At larger private homes we arrange for beach to be cleaned and raked, all balconies and windows washed, decks power washed, pool temperature set, potted flowers replaced if less then perfect,
